This project transformed a dark, underutilized basement into a bright, private one-bedroom suite tailored for the client’s daughter.

By reconfiguring the layout, opening up windows and doors, and incorporating double-sided display joinery, we maximized natural light and created a sense of openness and flow throughout the compact space.

A neutral palette, blonde oak flooring, and integrated storage solutions provide a calm, tactile foundation that allows for the layering of vintage and contemporary furnishings, creating a personalised and inviting retreat.
